    I can't read the ring.....

    Hello all,

I can't read the ring and wanted to ask if anyone could please help identify the maker of this EK_2 with awesome patina?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

    Hi William,

Might be a 40 or a 137. I don't have my files in front of me, but hopefully this sets you looking in the right direction.
    Best regards,

        Hi Tom

The core is not from a '55' so that probably rules it out (unless they shared frames with another maker).

        Cheers,

        Matt

          It's '123' IMO

I thinik that Michal got it right here.
            I'd agree on a misprinted "123".

            Cheers,
            Stefano

              Hello all,

Would like to thank everyone for their opinions. I believe I can make out a "23" on the ring so "123" misprinted makes sense to me!
