    EK 1 and EK 1 Spange set question

    Unfortunate circumstances are leading to my sale of this set. Purchased together many moons ago. would like to sell the same. Any advice reccomendations as to a fair market esatnd price would be appreciated. I'm a little behind on up to date marketing with these. Thanks

    Sorry to hear you've got to sell for unhappy reasons.

    The Spange (unknown maker/possible Schmidhäußler) should fetch about $500, and the EK1 is a nice silver CD and should easily bring $250.

    I'm not sure about the other two items.

    Please wait for a few more opinions on price before listing (best not to take one guy's opinion).

      Thank you sir..another member identified the spange as follows.: " It was an Unknown maker until recently and now is believe to have been made by Eugen Schmidhäußler. Jim"

        According to the new bible on this subject it is Schmidhäussler.

          Well, as far as I know, one example has been found in a Schmidhäußler carton.

          Generally we like to find more than one single EK2 in a Packet before we name the maker, even if it's from an untouched group. So I guess it could be by Schmidhäußler (probably is), but it's hard to say for sure as far as I am concerned.

          There is certainly no other contender at the moment.
