EKII ? with packet by G. Brehmer

    Hello to all,
Brought this EKII and packet home with me from the JAG Show this past weekend. The EKII is in real nice condition, and the packet is quite worn. I believe that both the cross and packet are original, but I don't think that they are a matched set. The EKII is most likely not one by Brehmer. There is no marking on the suspension ring. Does anyone have a marked EKII by Brehmer to make a comparison? Thanks for any and all assistance.
    Best regards! Tom

The maker markings on the packet. (The front side of the packet is very faded compared to the color of the reverse.)

EKII reverse. (The core on this one is near perfect.)

              Hello George,

Thanks for posting the picture of your Brehmer EKII. It looks as if my piece does share some similarities with your Brehmer, but I don't think it is a spot on match so I am still of the opinion that mine is not a Brehmer. Thanks again for your assistance.

                Hi Tom,

I'm having problems with Giels packet of this style, there's something just not right about it which I can't explain....it's best to give an answer to explain your conclusion (within limits) than just say it's fake or good.....I need help on this one, got any idea's Tom ? Take a look at the thread mate.

Your's however, the print and the 'soak' effect of the ink, the detail of the letters and numbers, also spacing (and designation being level) and a multitude of other 'things' I would suspect your packet as genuine with no concern's really.

If not I've several good fakes

                Kind regards,

                Marcus
