Juncker Knights Cross L/12 .800

I have recently received this KC, its battered and bruised, but I really like it.

What is hard to show in my images is that the cross is convexed, I am wondering if this was a very amateur attempt by the original recipient to make it a nicer fit.

We will never know.

My questions though are related to the ribbon and case, I assume they are both post war i.e 57 versions?

Looks like the etui is indeed a genuine early 1957 version, would either hold an 57er St&L or 57er Schickle KC.
As to the ribbon, its hard to tell, assume it can be matched to the etui, but not 100% sure.
