Spange II Any good?

What do the Spange Guys think about this one? I have not seen one marked like this before. Does it stand a chance?

looks like an authentic Ziemer&Sohne (always unmarked) but with an added fake maker mark
I think someone tried to increase it's value, but has actually decreased it
