thanks george. reason being i didnt want to see an old boy get ripped off so told him normal price of the one he has which he took of a soldier in italy. he was well impressed and no dought of to sell it down town now as he wanted to give it to me but i refused as he needs the money and ive got ek2 coming out of my ears

he thought it was worth nothing i bet there are loads of other old boys out there that say the same. pity they deserve every penny they can get i say as they were there and i wasnt

Thanks Chris. There are a lot of 25's out there, I'm just looking for one that is in reasonably good condition. In fact I'm looking at buying one now, but it has been for sale for some time, so I'll wait to hear from you. And as Peter requested, photos would be nice.

EDIT: You know, re-reading this thread, that's a damn shame someone would rip the old guy off. It's not like these are expensive pieces to begin with. The older I get, the less I want to be around people.
