I bought several years ago from Detlev Niemann this heavy-version, five rivet German Cross in Gold by Junker (2). Perfect enamel, very light wear, etc., and the case is really nice, too. I've scoured every website I could find (both European and U.S.) and for the life of me I've yet to find any cased Junker pieces out there for sale. Yes on cased light-weight 20's and 134's and heavy Godet-made pieces. But no Junkers. Any thoughts on its value today would be greatly appreciated. As for the L/51-made DKiG mini, I see where Weitze and Militaria-Berlin are offering those, so question on it. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Hi David,
It's a beautiful set, and I would love to add it to my collection. A fair "collector to collector" price would between $3200-$3500. I believe that's reasonable for the market today. I could be wrong but any more than that and now your talking "dealer" prices.
All the best and thanks for showing us this fantastic set!
Mike

Hello there,
I would say $3,000 for the cross roughly, and add $1,000 for the case.

Who cares what the current price is why not sell it for what you got it for.
Because we are all collectors here and we are not in it to make a profit right.
Oy! People should go play the stock market instead of trying to make
a piddly profit from this war suff. Really, you would make tons more.
Never understand some people. Very sad!

I personaly would start at 5800 eur for this cross and drop the price slowly. Last marked Juncker was placed on dealers site for 4500 eur and got sold in few days.

Very nice marked Juncker GC, this is 13rd examples that i have seen marked Juncker. it is fantastic that the enamel is intact.
To make profit from your collection and to know the appreciation in value of your collection are different things. the latter is a way of happiness you are doing this hobby.
