Unmarked EK2 W/ Packet Opinions Please...

Hello everyone,

I have received this from a consignor for my shop and I am not 100% certain that all of it is original. This is not my area of expertise...I did a little digging but I want to be 100% certain before I sell any of it.

I see no marks on the ring...and the ribbon is slightly smaller in width than the originals that I have. I also see no additional markings on the packet either.

If these photos are not good enough just let me know and I will post better close ups if necessary.

The EK looks original, yes. The ribbon should be right around 1 1/4" wide, and the 'loops' identical on both sides. It shouldn't glow under a blacklight. I can't speak for the packet, not a packet guy.

The packet is (or at least is trying to be) an Anton/Maria Schenkl packet.

No, not at all. I just didn't have anything to reference it to while I was at work. I actually thought it looked fine but didn't want to give it a 100% thumbs up until I had compared it to an original. As Trevor said both pieces are 100% fine.
