I got this Ek2... with a marker I cannot read exactly.

Could the marker be 245 or 248 or L 48 or so.

I cannot say it excatly!
Is it original or an Fake.

None of those numbers you mention are makers. Check the EK maker list some time.

The cross looks original to me

Hello Buckeru, most 24s have another symbol on the ring or frame suspension loop.
Mine has a 24 and a half circle / crescent.
Has yours any marks on the frame loop? Some have an acorn.
