    Schinkel EK1 oddity

    Always thought these early "Schickles" are convex until i found that one....

    That nice piece was awarded on 21st may 1940 to an ari officer for his deeds in Holland.

    Wow!

    Beautiful Schinkel by Otto Schickle. Never seen this type flat, but of course the 1914 types are known flat.

      if you take a look on the side view of all the crosses you will see also a mix of vaulted and unvaulted EK1 ;-)
