Bar for EK2 - junk or original?

Hi Guys,

I have this bar for the EK2, seems to have lost all its silvering and appears to be bronze. Detail is very good though. Reverse is unmarked and damaged as shown. Is this repro junk or an original that has had a hard life?

Sorry for the quality of the pictures, but I think they show the good detail.

I've not seen one like this before, it's good and bad, it's weird
at first I thought it may be a no-vein deumer, but it's too rough
it has the look of being cast, but cast from what?
I'd have to go for 'fake', but I wouldn't sling it in the trash just yet... how big is it?
anyone else have a clue?

Size and weight

Hi Jon,

It measures 31.38 mm high, 30.44 mm across the top of the wings and 26.95 mm across the top of the date bar. It weighs 9 grams.
