The cross is as has already been stated, a fine original Klein and Quenzer, but the case is a modern production.
Try having a look at it under black light - I would be very surprised if it does not light up like a christmas tree. The construction quality is not what I would expect from an original - for example, note the insert on the lid, it does not fit correctly on the right hand side.

Its a nice modern case for display purposes. Main thing is that the cross is a beauty. You wouldn't want to pay a "cross with case" price, just a fair price for the cross.
