Police Recipient of the KC

I did a search first. Didn't find anything. Are there any Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross recipients that are Polizei. HSSPF doesn't count. Just plain old Polizei? My parameters would include having no connection to the SS, the Army or any other reserve rank as an active Wehrmacht serving officer or enlisted man.

All police came under the control of the SS via Himmler's control of them so that won't work.

Sure Tony, I know that. But there are many Polizei units that served in combat or anti-partisan operations that never had actual membership in the SS.
The answer is probably no, but I was curious.

There are two to my knowledge, Bernard Greise and Rudolf Pannier, there are images (Bundesarchiv) of them together and with Hitler with their awards. I have a colourised image but unfortunately can't post, check google

Rudolf Pannier was a Standartenführer (Colonel) and Oberst of Polizei in the Waffen SS-----Doesn't qualify. Served in 4th SS POLIZEI Division
Can't find anything on Greise, but I'll look again later today.
