imperial buckle leather tab

hello, I have a question about an imperial prussian buckle. The leather tab is stamped, but I can't read it fully. It says ........Kammer, Darmstadt 1918, 286. Does anyone know the name of the maker? I'm pretty sure his name ends with kammer.
