    Panzer DKIG, with naval backing

In my opinion a good panzer DKIG with naval backing.

Under a magnifying glass the front cloth looks like real black, Some it a bit faded due to sunlight. It looks like that it have been attached to a tunic ones, and later clued in a photoalbum? Under the black cloth theres blue cloth and then a black paper backing. I guess is what is called a naval backing, but that is also offen seen on heer pieces. Some place I have heard that the actually naval ones offen have no backing????

Some say it can be hard to see if these are naval or panzer???.
I believe this one to be panzer.

    Opinions are very welcome

    Best
