It turns out what I thought was a charge for photos was actually for postage. It read, 'Porto und Verpackung.' = Postage and packaging.

I think that this was a big mistake. I did not mean to damage Kai's reputation in any way and think that all was worked out between the parties involved. Too easy to jump to conclusions, I guess.
