Excluding those that I have bought on WAF (and that may be already have been counted), I have the following EKIIs:
1x mm25
1x mm55
1x mm98
1x mm100
4x unmarked

Bye the way, I have realized that rarity is a different thing from availability: the mm21 Godet is not that rare, however it's very hard to see one for sale around. Probably because it's a very well made cross produced by a famous firm, most collectors prefer to keep them in collection and don't sell!
