1939 EK 2 Class Maker Gap?

I imported the 1939 EK 2 Maker table from the Wehrmacht – Awards page featuring the history, makers, types, etc (http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/iron...roncross_2.htm) into a spread sheet to use as a base. I then added the numbers of makers that were featured in this thread by members. The following is the result of maker marks that are not featured on the previous table.
