    What is this fraud?

Does anyone know where these frauds come from? They are advertising that is a 1957 Knights cross. Any ideas?

You have to admit, that loop is definitely umm,

Went and had another look, yes, fraud isn't a bad word for it. That's not a "real" 1957 anything

This seller has been selling this and other questionable cross's and badges along side originals most from "fathers estate"

But it comes with a certificate. It must be genuine.

With a spelling error: "Fallschimschützen" instead of "Fallschirmschützen"

Sorry but it looks like a tacky fairground novelty.

It is exactly what it is.

I remember seeing this things way back in the early 1980 from a German mail order private type mint. Much like the Franklin Mint in the US. There was a bad copy of the KM HSF badge with Diamonds as well if memory serves me correctly

It is smaller that a KC one-piece and gold so it would not be confused with a real KC and would not get them in trouble for illegally producing an order.

Perhaps his father was a fraud too.
