      Spange

It commonly known as the "Unknown" maker, but on another forum they said it was made by "E. Schmidhäußler". Jim

            Hi Jon

I am actually a New Zealander, and try to
Collect WW1 & 2 NZ vet bought back items.

The New Zealanders fought in Greece, Crete
Nth Africa, Italy and the Pacific in WW2 and
            Where keen souvenir hunters.

They fought in Gallipoli & France in WW1 suffering
            50% casualties

I have a fair amount of stuff found in NZ.

However the spange is from the U.S
