Spanish Cross help

This spanish cross looks to be old and it has a presentation document with it.
However I couldn't find one with enamel like this one....
Plus the ribbon bar has colors I haven't seen before.
But I'm no expert!
Your opinions are greatly appreciated!

That is a fake, and the document also.

I have never seen a Spanish Cross with enemal before.
