    DKiG Juncker "2" opinions

    Dear gentlemen,

i would like to hear your opinion on this DKiG.

What we have here seems to be a genuine Juncker DKiG but what make me confusing are the odd rivets. However i cannot find any traces that indicate a postwar reapply or any other later modification.

    thanks,
    Stefan

I do not like it either. Even the "2" stamp looks weird.

I would think that a "late" Juncker with a "2" stamp (and it would need to be a correct one) would also have the "late" wreath with the die flaws. This is not the case here and together with all the other oddities this is clearly a fake.

I have seen these #2 before and yes they are fake and they come out of Austria in the early 90's.

              Hi Stefan,

I can only agree with the others, a fake. Rivets were the first red flag for me, and combined with all the other comments, a reproduction for sure.
