You are correct Daniel! This is Hans von Schlebrügge

He also wasn't kommandeur of I./GJR 139 when he got his RK, i know that's what's on the sales info. He was as it says on the spangen doc. Kompanie chef of 1 kompanie, GJR 139. Major i know is rather senior for a kompanie chef but that's what he was. Kommandeur of I./GJR 139 was Ludwig Stautner.
