Uniform Horst Hain

What kind of uniform is Horst Hain wearing? It looks like leather and the set up is strange. Anybody any idea?

Yes, he was wearing a leather jacket that someone has now in his collection, I remember the Hain group, Tunic. Cap, Wehrpass, hundred of photos and all citations.......... a pity I have not money enouchg to purchase it back in that time.

Keep doing this great work and try to resucitate the DKiG one.
