    War museum Kiev

    Hi Everyone

Just got back from my trip to Kiev Ukraine and had a fantastic time.
Thought i would just share a couple of photos taken from the War Museum in Kiev which was full of German memorabilia. Just look at all those Iron crosses used to make the form of the cross itself. It was such a huge museum and really informative and well laid out.
Not sure if this is the correct section to show these and i'll apologise now.

    regards

    Ivan

                    Hi Don,

Thanks for PMing me about this cut-out grass PAB. It always makes my heart jump a little when I see one of these. This one looks like a partial cut-out just like my hollow AS.

At the moment I'm still researching these badge and finaly found somebody in Germany who could be of assistance. I send him all the info I have and hope that he will be able to discuss these cut-out grass PAB's with some vet's of the 5 PZregt. If I ever receive interesting new information I'll make sure to share it.

Thanks for posting the pics Ivan.

Ivan, did you get any close-ups of this stuff?
                      especially the PABs?

I estimated that there has to be some 700 Iron Crosses there

                        Cheers.
