Guys I was able to get pictures of SS medal only (looks bad anyway) No ring or combat clasp pictures are available at this time. Some smartass is trying to earn money by fooling people. End of the story.

Well, I still have much to learn I bought the "found in the attic" story.

If I can, I will try to find some better photos of the ring and CCC.

Regards and thanks for the help.
          Sepp.

Lot of rust on that silver RK loop. Certainly not too GOOD to be true. Why do people bother with this, its not as though people int he collecting community can't pick this sort of stuff.

              Auction trick

They do this sort of scamming on certain online auctions a lot.
The put in close up photos of a few inconsequential items that are legit with more high end
(Expensive) items in the mix that are blurry or on an angle look possible but in the end phony.

EK1 screwback is bad too, and you can spot that fake RK from a mile away .
                Best regards,

                        BS Stories !

This almost as big a BS story as the "Found at a garrage sale in Canada" BS story ! In my 60 years of collecting I've heard some fantastic stories...I wish now I would have written a book on BS stories !!!! Tom

Yes there are a few "found in the wall of a house being renovated" stories.... I am sure that 1% of them may be true... However, it is mostly the above.

                            Thank you, Scott

No expert on RK's but I could tell this one was bad at first glance.

                              Comes from reading "The Book"!

It's somewhst hard to tell from the photo, but the SS Honor ring appears to be a second pattern with what looks like a '35 date inside; which equals BAD!
