I had a look at item 5347, and it seems to be the normal "1813" with the leaning "3".

please compare the other numbers, special the 8. The numbers looking thinner like mine and not so fat like this from the "normal" date.

There is plenty of L/12s with tilting thinner 1 in 1813.
