A "Souval" EK II ?

Yes. Very easy to recognize, look at the "crow's feet" at the corners of the frame

Yes, and also note the rounded inner corner beading adjacent to the swas. Another feature known to Souval EKII is the fact that the ring is not attached to the reverse side of the frame.
