I would like to understand in detail

For me is bad IC.
Nothing is recognizable to known factory, especially needle, hudge and pin.

That is my humble opinion, happy if others says opposite.

In my totally non-expert opinion I would venture to say that the front of that cross looks okay, but the pin looks funky. The front looks very much like an S&L TR era EK1 I had awhile back.

I think you have understood correctly, unfortunately in my opinion too there are no original parts..
