RK Ribbon Good or Bad

It must be good as it doesn't glow under blue light. Mind you with the backing on it I'd be surprised if it did. It may have belonged to Hitler himself, but I still wouldn't buy it from ebay, not if I wanted to be sure it was real. The only exception would be if people here could give something the thumbs up. There's just too much crap that goes on on ebay for me.
