Yes, I recall seeing one just like it a while back, either here or on another forum.
As far as I can recall, I don't thing the luftwaffe eagle was on the other one - might have been blank or had a heer eagle.
That luft eagle looks like it was added separately as it doesn't match at all.

Yes, I forgot to mention that also... most definitely a fantasy piece.
That being said, I kind of like it though!

thanks for the input. Yes, I didn't necessarily think it was WW2 period, but just thought it was cool.
