IMO post-war Souval
some seem to be of 'near war quality' others seem to be roughly made yesterday. This one looks pretty good quality, but still post war, I don't believe these were made wartime. I'd love to be proved wrong with photographic evidence though

Valuation will be difficult as it's authenticity is in question. I would not purchase it at any price as I do not believe it to be of pre May 45 manufacture. If your goal is to obtain one good example then I suggest you wait for a tombac piece to come available. It will hold it's value better than the one pictured here.

I think I paid $20 last year for one of these
yours has a broken pin, so I'd suggest even lower!
