IC 1st class help needed with maker

I was wondering about the maker of that IC. Looking at the needle on the first glimpse i was thinking maker 20. But all the mm 20 pieces i have the end of the needle is more rounded and not pointed like on this one.
Any help highly appreciated.

no, quite close to Mayer in some details but it 's a Deumer.

Thanks for the help. I apprecite it.I show you the entire group from that man. He got killed in early 1943 (according to familymembers).He was in the Infantry regiment 23. Maybe somebody could identify the maker of the Ic 2nd class. It does not have any mm in the ring but should be early.

very nice medal bar. unfortunately I don't know who could be the manufacturer or I don't remember.. I hope someone else can help.
