EKII marked "2" - rare?

Just checked this EK for markings, and searched this forum, but it seems to be pretty rare, or?

2 is Juncker and that cross is definetly not a Juncker. I'll yield to Daniel on his word of it being an outright fake as well.

The frame looks kind of okay, but the core is absolute crap. Nothing rare about a crap cross....
