That is easy: it doesn't look like one of the seven genuine makers.

It is a "dipping 3" postwar creation from Rudolf Souval, of Vienna, with a low swastika, using a version of the same frame used to make the so-called "Sedlatzek" cross (a wartime, but apparently not "official", cross), shown in Dietrich's excellent book.
