KVK II w/o swords (strange color) for opinons

Hi,
I got this KVK II w/o swords from local gunshow. Seems like it was made from different material, color is kind of cooper(more red), than regular bronze ones, also, suspension ring is different.
I would like to check it with you guys before it's goes to my collection or back to seller. Is this medal good or bad?

I would say bronze but it's had a hard life hence the colour.

I agree, it's a good one but has been agressively and unsympathetically cleaned which has ruined it to a degree. Mark.

What a shame, looks like the patina has been sand blasted off. Still its in one piece and in safe hands
