I am not sure I agree with that...My point is that LDO was for pieces for sale from stores...although L marked pieces can be found in boxes with just the EK print on the lid, I beleive that issue pieces ( number marked pieces without L) is to be in cases just with the EK on the lid and no LDO stampings.
This is my just opinion and I understand there is some controversy around this issue.
