Hello Guys...perhaps the wrong forum here but I've not been lucky wiht the others so if someone here can help that would be great...

...this diplomatic group belong to a friend of mine who ask to me for getting opinions here on the forum about its most probable market-value...

He already got opinions from some experts in general old paper documents and seems to be all ok and period done (paper, ink, printing, etc.)...
