EK II Spange 1939 - Which marker?

It is not easy to find an answer to my question, but I know here are some very good experts around in this forum
who can tell me which marker could made the EK II Spange 1939 pictured below.

I do not have photos from the reverse right now, but there are four prongs and no marks.

Andy, it is supposed to be an L/16 but it looks wrong. It is soft in all areas and the beading is too defined for this spange. I would pass on it. Here is a picture of mine. Jim

looks like a fake version of an S&L
I'm sure the reverse would confirm this
