Female nurse with EK2, East Medal and WB

I know this is technically the wrong forum, but I thought this was a fairly unique and interesting picture showing a nurse wearing what appears to be the EK2 and East medal at buttonhole and a wound badge.

Anyone able to identify this very brave lady!?

OK - got her - think it's Elfriede Wnuk...

"As the second German female Elfriede Wnuk, a 26 year old nurse from Mingfingen in East Prussia, was awarded the iron cross 2nd class. She was severely wounded during a bombing raid on the Eastern front and one of her legs had to be amputated. Besides the Iron Cross she was awarded the Wound Badge in silver and the 1941 Winter Campaign medal."

For those that may be interested or curious (as I was), there is an excellent thread on women who were awarded the Iron Cross over at the Axis History Forum.

        http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic.php?f=77&t=27808

        The thread over there states:

"According to Stephan T. Previtera's "The Iron Time", citing data from the "IMM - Magazine for Orders, Militaria and History" from Nov. 99, the female recipients of the Iron Cross were:

        - Geolinde Münche (?/42, Red Cross Nurse)
        - Magda Darchinger (?/42, Red Cross Nurse)
        - Ilse Schulz (4/43, Red Cross Nurse)

        - Anna Wohlschütz (3/45, Red Cross Aide)

        - Else Grossmann (?, Red Cross Nurse)

Additional data on quite a few of these women including some info on how they earned their award as well as photographs of 13 of the female recipients can be found in Dr. Kurt-G. Klietmann's "Auszeichnungen des Deutschen Reiches 1936 - 1945")

If you are interested I suggest you take a look. There are a number of fantastic photos of recipients wearing the EK.
