Who made this EK2 ? Uneven 8 in date !

Very unique - uneven - 8 used in the 1813 reverse date ( 3 leans a bit too ) .
The top circle of the reverse '8' is smaller than the bottom one .

Do we know the maker of this one ???

Is this a quiz?
I have two in my collection - high quality frame and averange core. IMO core can be '23' - thickly painted the low 1813 date.

Not a quiz... the picture of the front of this one blotted out/ sensored .... that is why I used the back . Wanted to know who made this one . 23 then ?
