            As already stated it's a fake.
            They also come as screw-back.

            These are sold by a site for re-enactors (don't have a link,sorry) at about $35.
            Bought, aged and offered as the real thing ...

              That's the trouble with the Militaria sites, they sell with good intentions clearly stating this as repros, but then people try to sell them on for big bucks.

                Quit interesting cross :
                Either they copied a W&L frame very , very , very well .... or ... maybe just maybe even used an old original W&L die ????? Have seen a few of these with roted frames and different cores even .

                    I got few pictures around ... here is one more I just found with the same frame but different core . These all have the same top inside right corner wedge faw .
                    This one rotated only 90 degrees .

                      crosses with that core are often found with an L/16 marking, PB as well as SB...
