Upon request of the buyer - please second opinions on KC KVK on estand

Hi Guys,

I have owned this RK KVK for a couple of years now and it comes from a reputable seller (although he like many others is not perfect). I have a buyer for this cross but he requests a discussion on the piece.

I have added a second pic of the marking. The 1 is super clear. The 900 has a somewhat more faded first 0 which can be seen in hand but is hard to capture in a pic.

Hi,
I have a question that maybe someone else can answere.Why are the highlights of the cross not burnished ? Even a KVK1 has this feature.
