Question on GC

Members take a look at the back of this gc and I would like your opinion about the rivet in the back ...it appears to be soldier ..and period done
was this part of the construction process or could this be a repair

It's marked 20 on the pin .
i've seen a few examples on line and haven't noticed any extra solder like this one and it appears to have a little heat damage on front.
It truly looks period but what do you guys think.
