Here's a few Deumers I have. They range from early to late and the changes in the quality can be seen. The early example is very crisp in the frame and the core. The later examples show deterioration in the frame and the different core paint. All are cased, the L/11 both in the later style LDO cases without catch

I agree too. The early examples are very sharp in detail and have a very nice flat black finish to the core.
