My father had this in a box in his closet. It could easily have been thrown out when we were clearing out the house after he passed. Maybe he thought it would be safer away from his collection. In researching this what I find odd is the placement of the makers mark 21. It's on the inside of the pin not the outside. Please let me know your opinions.
