Wartime or Postwar St&L KC .... or fake ???

    Hi gents,

Saw this one on an auction site ....

Hardware looks to be a St&L piece, but I haven't that much experience with KC's .
It shows the "knee flaw" on the 9 o'clock arm and dent row on the 3 o'clock arm, but no beading flaws.
    Non magnetic core .... dimensions 48,6 x 48,6 ....

What is the verdict ... wartime ... postwar ... or simply fake ???

Its a very nice S&L B-Type with topp finish.

You Know that the discussion of B-Typ is a never ending story??

Here are enough threads about it!

Some believe its postwar , others believe its pre 45`.

        I like it.

What a mean with textbook is that there is makers that are more accepted in the collectors world and its easier to get your money back if you someday wants to sell.
I dont say that this cross are not original but there is always a discussion
                on this type of cross.

Thanks chaps, I do already own below debatable "B" style St&L KC, but this one looked a bit odd, that's all.

I'll bid on the above one keeping the controversy in mind and see how it goes .......

Edit .... guess its lost .... some-one thinks its wartime and price rising accordingly ... guess I'll stick with below one .

                          Hello
the B question and the € for a good S&L KC.
Look at the Germann Dealers. They want to have 4000€ for such a KC. But nobody buys this. In 2008 DN wrote Expertisen with this 4000 € prices. Now we are in 2012 and for a very good one is 1000-1500,--€ a very very good price.
                          in m.o.
                          Best regards
                          Rolfi
