Is this a Paul Meybauer, A Core EKI?

    Hi Guys

I recently acquired a group of awards documents with awards. If this EKI is original to the group it would have been awarded 10th August 1940. I think it could be right - what do you think?

From checking Mr Maerz's reference I think it is a Paul Meybauer with A-type core - am I right?

    Thanks for the help.

Your EK1 uses a frame by maker "23" and a core by Meybauer. I'm not sure which of those two makers actually manufactured the cross, but it's a nice original.
