1939 Spange and Honor Roll Clasp?

I cannot find a reference to this in any of the books that I own,

How would someone wear the 1939 Spange and the Honor Roll Clasp if they were to be awarded both?

Honor Roll Clasp is in the 1939 EK2 Ribbon, although it is not directly a part of the 1939 Iron Cross series

Method of wear

I saw a photo of this. The Spange was worn on a ribbon bar and the HR Clasp was worn on an 1939 EK 2 ribbon in the button hole. Tom
