I was the lucky buyer of the converted EK2 -> RK that was recently offered on the eStand by Dave Kane. Here are a few additional photos.

Close up shot of the core. The core received a light coating of gloss paint at some point. However, the gloss shows wear. IMO, the gloss was added during the war. Just an opinion, of course.
